The service
GiftedPlay creates a personalized, link-based puzzle game from a photo and text you provide. Each purchase covers one game with unlimited players during its 90-day active period, followed by a 90-day view-only period.
Your content
You must own or have permission to use the photo you upload, including consent from people shown in it. Don't upload unlawful, hateful or explicit content — we may remove games that break this rule, and moderation filters may hide inappropriate wishes.
Digital goods & refunds
Games are made-to-order digital items. If something is wrong with your game (typo, wrong photo, technical problem) contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or remake it. Because each game is personalized, refunds after the game has been shared and played are handled case by case — email us and we'll be fair.
Fair play
Leaderboard times are measured server-side. We may exclude results that are technically impossible or automated. This keeps the game fun for everyone.
Data & deletion
Data handling and deletion schedules are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial celebration use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
